All our chicks are hatched on our own farm in our new state of the art hatchery building.  We have the latest setters and hatchers installed in a purpose built building in a food safe environment.  This provides chicks with the best possible start to life.  All eggs are passed through our fumigator prior to setting to sterilise the shell.  They are then stored in our temperature-controlled room until setting day.  On hatch days, birds are taken from the baskets by our team and graded and boxed prior to dispatch to customer or rearing field.
